Abstract: The search for the neutron electric dipole moment (nEDM) is a key experiment in the field of low energy physics with Ultra-cold neutrons (UCN) and engages physicists since several decades. With the nEDM experiment under construction at TUM an improvement of the current sensitivity of two orders of magnitude is planned. In this thesis a full scale Neutron guide system and spin manipulation system was developed. Especially for the spin analysis a simultaneous spin detection system is presented. The results of tests for transporting the UCNs from the source over long distances to the experiment is also part of this thesis.
